Your resume, job descriptions, and personal information are processed securely. We use Supabase with row-level security (RLS) to ensure only you can access your data. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Your resume and job description content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. This data is used solely to generate tailored resumes, interview feedback, and career advice. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. All AI interactions are encrypted in transit.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe — a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. EzJobify never stores your credit card details. Your billing information is handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Your account is protected by Supabase Auth with encrypted passwords and secure session tokens. We enforce session timeouts after 15 minutes of inactivity. We also use device fingerprinting to detect unauthorized account sharing and protect your subscription.

To prevent account sharing, we collect anonymous device signals (browser type, screen resolution, timezone, hardware info) to generate a unique device fingerprint. This fingerprint cannot identify you personally — it is used only to detect if your account is being used from too many different devices simultaneously.

We use browser local storage to save your preferences (dark mode, language). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Your session is managed securely through Supabase's authentication system.

If you subscribe to our daily job digest, we send automated emails with job listings matched to your profile. You can unsubscribe at any time from the dashboard. We do not send spam or share your email with third parties.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile, credits history, resume data, and all personal information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. AI processing is handled by Anthropic's API servers. Payment data is stored on Stripe's servers. All providers comply with industry-standard security practices.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

EzJobify accounts and subscription plans are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. We use device fingerprinting and session monitoring to enforce this policy.

EzJobify strives to keep pricing fair and transparent. However, our service relies on third-party AI APIs whose costs may fluctuate over time. As a result, credit prices, plan costs, and per-feature credit usage may be adjusted periodically to reflect changes in underlying API costs, infrastructure expenses, or market conditions. We will notify users of any significant pricing changes in advance. Continued use of the platform after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
